The operating model

We accept clients by introduction only. Each engagement begins with a confidential discovery and a conflict check. A dedicated Event Intelligence Officer maintains a living brief on the principal's preferences, relationships, ambitions and protocols — held under strict access controls and NDPR-aligned governance. Production is delivered by city-resident Senior Event Directors and a vetted vendor network. Nothing about a client is ever disclosed beyond the individuals entrusted to serve them.
